Gas Tax "Holiday" not worth it.

There is no good time to raise the tax on gasoline. If you do it when the price of regular is $1.50 a gallon (remember those days?), even an extra dime seems like an outrageous assault on the wallet. And when gas hits $4 a gallon well, you'd have to be a numbskull of a politician to want to pile misery on top of misery. End of discussion
